Each member of our Fair Oaks dental team loves to put a smile on our patients' faces and change the way they think about dentistry. They do this by delivering fast, friendly, and personalized dental service to everyone who comes to see us, and you’ll be amazed at all the little details they remember about you from appointment to appointment. They aren’t trained to do this — it just comes naturally! To start getting to know everyone, read on below.
Lisa, Dental Hygienist
Lisa is a native Californian who has almost 30 years of experience as a dental hygienist. Her favorite thing about her job is getting to know each patient beyond their smile — their hobbies, interests, and family. She prides herself on being very thorough yet gentle in her treatment and does what she can to make patients feel comfortable in the chair. She is a graduate of the dental hygiene program at San Joaquin Valley College and is laser certified. When she is not at work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters and wonderful husband as well as gardening, either planting vegetables or flowers. She also likes to knit and scrapbook when the weather keeps her inside.
Lana, Dental Assistant
Although Lana is originally from Ukraine, she attended college in Sacramento. She joined our team in 2021, and the great vibes and atmosphere are what she loves most about her job! Outside the office, she loves hiking, rollerblading, cooking, and spending time with loved ones. Here’s something you might not know about her: she loves watching UFC.
Valerie, Office Manager
Although Valerie is originally from Iowa, she’s studied all over! In addition to attending Truckee Meadows Community College, she’s been a student at the University of Nevada, Reno and Sacramento City College. Plus, she has her Certificate of Achievement in Dental Assisting and California Radiation Safety License! Throughout her 20+ years of experience in the dental field, her favorite part of her job has continued to be helping patients feel comfortable and taken care of. As a wife, mother of two sons, and grandmother of six grandchildren, she loves spending her time outside of the office with family. Here's a fun fact about her: she loves being crafty and decorating for the holidays.
